Entering incorrect information on the form can lead to our insurance company refusing to cover you in the event of a RTC (Road Traffic Collision). This could result in prosecution.

THE ACTUAL MOTORCYCLE RIDER MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM	Booking Application Form:
The Person (Riding-Piloting) The Motorcycle Must Complete this form. If you are traveling in a group or sharing the riding between two, all riders must complete this form individually. Proof Of Permanent Address is required, Example Bank Statement, Passport, Utility Bill, Credit Card, matching your Drivers Licence Address. We photocopy your Licence for Our Records. The Following Questions Are To Give Us An Idea Of What Kind Of Experience You Have: How Long Have You Been Motorcycling? We require you to have a motorcycle Licence for the country you are from for no less than two years. But If are only a couple of months of the two years please give us the information, as we maybe able to offer an alternative. What is your Current Motorcycle? What Is The Make And Model Of Bike you are currently riding? All our motorcycles are height adjustable. Motorcycle Pick Up Points: We have depots in both Northern and Southern Ireland. Motorcycles are usually picked up and returned to our retail premises in Belleek Co.Fermanagh. But this can be changed subject to conditions and prior notice.
